Order Dispatch Delay.

Dear Customer,

You will experience severe disruption and delays to orders placed this week – our apologies for this.

We cannot guarantee that any orders placed this week will arrive before close of play Friday.

As previously stated, we have installed a new Warehouse Management System over the Christmas period, and we are now dispatching consignments from our new Nevilles Customer Fulfilment Centre. These transitions have taken more time than we anticipated. We have increased our resource, to enable us to fulfil our stated service proposition as soon as we can.

We are working through outstanding orders on a first-come-first-served basis. We will not be able to prioritise orders in any other way, so that we can move towards our stated service proposition.

We will update you tomorrow on our progress.
