Thank you very much for your patience last week.
As you know, we experienced significant disruption to our business last week, as we implemented a new Warehouse Management System, and began dispatching from our new Customer Fulfilment Centre.
We were unable to guarantee any dispatches for orders placed last week.
The update today is that we have managed to pick and pack orders, which were placed for dispatch up until Friday, over the weekend. These orders will be dispatched from us today.
Orders placed with us on Friday we will aim to dispatch these today (Monday 8th January)
This week, we will be dispatching orders on a one day delayed schedule
In summary:
Orders placed Friday 5th – dispatch Monday 8th
Order placed Monday 8th – dispatch Tuesday 9th
Order placed Tuesday 9th – dispatch Wednesday 10th
Order placed Wednesday 10th – dispatch Thursday 11th
Order Placed Thursday 11th – dispatch Friday 12th
Order placed Friday 12th – dispatch Monday 15th
We will update you on our progress this week, as we look to restore our same day dispatch proposition.
