DISPATCH DELAY UPDATE 15/01/2018

Thank you for your patience with Nevilles.

Whilst our order disruption situation continues, we have been able to make progress since our last update.

Friday 12th January saw our highest consignment number ever dispatched from Nevilles, and we continued to eat into our backlog of orders, with extra shifts over this weekend.

Changes we have made to the pick and pack process, indicated in our update last week, have significantly increased our picking and packing speed, with no reduction in accuracy.

Stock allocation issues have also improved, where we have been able to better manage the stock allocation to orders, so that more orders are able to be dispatched complete and in full.

We have also worked through a huge number of sample requests, which are being dispatched with the same preference as standard orders.

Our Order situation is as follows:

Orders received today (Monday 15th January) will be dispatched Wednesday 17th January

Orders received tomorrow (Tuesday 16th January) will be dispatched Thursday 18th January

We will issue another Update on Wednesday, to clarify the situation for orders from Wednesday onwards.

We do acknowledge that this service level is way below that which is expected of Nevilles, and we do not wish this to continue for any longer than is required. We are working as our no. 1 priority to restore our service proposition, and this will remain our primary focus until we do.
