We have seen real progress in our situation. We have been able to work through outstanding customer orders as a matter of priority, and deliver on last weeks proposition of a day 1 order for day 3 dispatch. During this time we also managed to clear many queries, and become more secure with our system. We do appreciate that some orders have not been dispatched as intended, and we do apologise if your order has been delayed.
We are able to improve our order situation, with a day 1 for day 2 dispatch.
Orders received today (Monday 22nd January) will be dispatched Tuesday 23rd January
Orders received tomorrow (Tuesday 23rd January) will be dispatched Wednesday 24th January.
We will issue another update on Wednesday, to clarify the situation for orders placed on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
If you wish to see that status of your orders, this is all available on the ‘My Account’ section of the website, when you have logged in. This will allow you to see what has been dispatched, track your order and also check what is still outstanding.
We still acknowledge that, whilst this is an improvement from last week, it still falls below our stated service proposition. We are working towards the reinstatement of this as our no.1 priority, and as soon as we believe that we can reliably and capably achieve this then we will.
