Order Update 24/01/2018

Dear All,

Thank you for your patience with Nevilles.

We have seen more progress this week in Nevilles situation. We have been able to successfully dispatch orders received on day 1 for day 2 dispatch. More queries have been resolved, and we are seeing greater understanding and control of our processes.

As a result of this, from today (Wednesday 24th) our intention is to move back to same day dispatch.

Orders received before 5pm on Wednesday (4pm for NI and Eire) we intend to dispatch on Wednesday

Orders received before 5pm on Thursday (4pm for NI and Eire) we intend to dispatch on Thursday

Orders received before 5pm on Friday (4pm for NUK and Eire) we intend to dispatch on Friday

If you wish to see that status of your orders, this is all available on the ‘My Account’ section of the website, when you have logged in. This will allow you to see what has been dispatched, track your order and also check what is still outstanding.

We will be monitoring the situation, with the reliable re-in statement of our service proposition remains our no. 1 priority.

We will issue another statement on Monday next week.
