Service Disruption – Update 28.3.19
We have continued to experience service disruption over the past 2 weeks, and this continued yesterday.
We increased our resource levels in line with yesterday’s statement, and managed to make significant progress. However we were still unable to dispatch all orders successfully.
The number of orders that this affected has reduced – 32 orders were not dispatched, with over 500 orders completed and dispatched on time.
We recognise this as a Key issue for us, and our customers who rely on us so heavily.
We will issue another statement tomorrow, updating on our progress.
We do apologise for this disruption, and we are working extremely hard to restore the service proposition that we know you rely on.
