Service Update 29.3.19

Thank you for your patience,

We are still continuing to work through this period of exceptional demand, dispatching over 500 consignments yesterday, however we did see that 90 Parcel delivery consignments that were not dispatched last night.

We do apologise for this, we do understand that this is frustrating for you.

We have added more resource to our dispatch teams, and we have shift patterns over the weekend to make sure that we are up to date for next week.

We will issue a further statement on Monday – at this stage we do not believe that we need to change our service proposition, however we will update you on the situation after the weekend.
