Service Update 01.04.19

Thank you for your patience.

All orders were dispatched on Friday – over 540 orders were completed and dispatched, with no backlog.

All Back orders and sample orders have been picked, packed and processed over the weekend, ready for these to be dispatched on Monday.

We do apologise for the Service issues that we have experienced. We do now have in place an increased level of resource to be able to manage what we know will be an extremely busy period as we approach Easter.
